Here it is:
INGREDIENTS:
3 c. TVP (prepared according to packaging and then measured)
½ large white onion, chpped
½ green bell pepper, chopped
3 Tbs. Olive oil
1 c. pecan meal
1 c. vegan mozarella cheese, shredded
½ c. soy milk, plain
1/3 c. bread crumbs
¼ c. oat flour
3 Tbs. flax seed meal
1 tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. ground sage

Saute the onion on the olive oil . Add the green pepper.

Add the TVP and cook until golden brown.
3.
Using the blender, mix oat flour and milk.
4.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside for 3-5
minutes.
5.
Prepare a bread loaf baking dish by spraying the bottom and sides with PAM.
6.
Bake at 350 F
for 10 – 15 min.
