This recipe is for a delicious juice. It is a very practical and easy to make recipe. One of my personal favorites. You can make it the night before a busy morning and store it in the fridge in a portable cup with a lid. It will be ready to grab and go the next morning. Make sure to always stir/shake well before drinking it. It is rich in fiber, antioxidants and vitamins!

Fruits and Vegetables Fresh and Natural Juice
1 - 46 fl. oz. can pineapple juice
1 large carrot or 1 cup baby carrots, chopped
1 cup red grapes
1 celery stick, chopped
1 medium broccoli crown, broken in small pieces
1 medium beet, chopped
1 medium Gala or Fuji apple, chopped
8 oz. frozen berry medley
1. Wash all your fresh fruits and veggies.
2. Cut them up in small pieces (if you had not done it yet)
3. Blend all ingredients with 1-2 cups of pineapple juice (add more if needed)
4. Pour in a jar and add the rest of the juice.
5. Stir well and serve.
